How a call-out works

    You send the form or an email

    Tell us the property, what failed and whether anyone is staying there. A photo of the panel or the unit, sent by email, helps more than a long description.

    We diagnose on site

    We find the actual cause, not just the symptom. A breaker that trips again the same evening was never repaired.

  3. 03

    Service back, then the real fix

    Where it can be done safely, we restore service the same visit and tell you plainly what still needs replacing.
